How can I get packages of printed modules and lessons for EngageNY Curriculum content?

The curriculum materials, freely available to users on, are not available for purchase in print from EngageNY or the New York State Education Department. We recommend that New York state educators check with BOCES – either your regional BOCES or other BOCES in the state – about whether or not they can provide printing services for EngageNY curriculum content.

In accordance with the Creative Commons license that applies to the materials on EngageNY, materials may only be used for noncommercial purposes. Therefore, BOCES can provide printing services to other BOCES/school districts on a cost reimbursement basis. BOCES are not permitted to make a profit off of these duplication services as this would be a violation of the noncommercial clause of our Creative Commons Attribution Non-Commercial Share-Alike (CC BY-NC-SA) license. If you have additional questions about this, you should contact your legal advisors to ensure that your services and/or activities are not in violation of the applicable Creative Commons license.

You can locate your school, district, and BOCES contact information at the NYSED Data Access website:

Districts within New York State that choose to reproduce the EngageNY curriculum modules may claim the expenditures for reproduction for State Textbook Aid. More information about New York State textbook aid is available here:
